Step Two | Receive an email from our cart system
After you checkout for the service fee and start your Xbox repair you will receive an email from [email protected] (This is our secure cart system). Please make sure it doesn't get caught in your spam filter.
This email will include important information about your Xbox 360 repair. Please look it over. Your order or invoice number is how we will track your case and Xbox through the repair process. It will also contain our address if you are not using our send-a-box service.

Step Three | Get your Xbox 360 to us.
You have three options when it comes to shipping your Xbox: 1. Ship your Xbox yourself or 2. Send-A-Label Service

Please remember it is your responsibility to get your Xbox packaged safely. We will return to sender any Xboxes that come in the USPS flat rate boxes, here is why.
